This course is an introduction to a method called Theory U, developed at MIT, to lead change in business, government, and civil society contexts. Join us as we co-pioneer new approaches to today's most important social and environmental challenges using a method of systematic change based in awareness, that is now evolving into a global movement of 175,000+ participants in 185 countries.

Please take a moment to watch this video with a brief explanation from Otto Scharmer, the originator of Theory U—the social technology that underlies this learning process: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gF8wV9OlUHc. The third and latest global iteration of U.Lab took place in September – December 2017. Since its launch in 2015, roughly 175,000 people from 183 countries have taken this course for leading and enabling transformation in various contexts and scales: From societal/systemic, organizational, to the very personal and individual change process.   This series is a more tailored  U.Lab experience designed for the southeast Asian context and way of learning. Hence U.LabX was born.  When you’ve completed this course you are encouraged to sync up with the next global U.Lab iteration.
