Please submit the proposal by filling in the form below or send an email to collaborate@atamerica.info, at least 6 weeks prior to the event's proposed date. @america team will then review your proposal. If our goals and your proposal match @america team will be in touch with you soon to discuss your proposal. Once your proposal has been approved, we will work closely with you to plan and promote the event to interested communities.
As @america also received and planned various events throughout the month, the exact schedule you proposed might or might not be open. If the specific schedule is no longer available, we’ll try to slot a different time for you.
Any use or mention of the @america name or logo must be pre-approved by @america. All promotional materials, including digital promotions and on-site banners, must be pre-approved by @america.
