Partnership Coordinator
- @america, U.S. Embassy's American Center in Jakarta
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify key partners and strengthen partnership strategies for @america programs and events
- Manage alignment and coordination with external stakeholders for seamless program execution
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and make recommendations for engagement-related programs
- Build and maintain partner database
- Identify and invite targeted audiences for @america programs
- Work closely with the Programming, Marketing, and Operations teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (preferred) in communication, marketing, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in PR, partnerships, and/or business development
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and structured thinking skills
- Excellent data analysis skills to generate qualitative and quantitative insights from various data sources
- Strong project management skills
- Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills to handle multiple programs
- Outstanding communication skills; professional fluency in both English and Bahasa
